1.2 Refunds will only be processed after Traveldealsonline.ae receives the refunded amount from the concerned Airlines, hotel, transporter, or other suppliers.

2. Processing Timeline

2.1 Once the refund amount is received from the supplier, Traveldealsonline.ae will process the refund within 72 hours.

3. Mode of Refund

3.1 All refunds will strictly be processed through the Original Mode of Payment used at the time of booking.
3.2 No exceptions will be made to the mode of refund to ensure compliance with industry and financial regulations.

4. General Terms

4.1 The timelines for refunds are subject to the policies and processing time of the respective Airlines, hotels, transporters, or other suppliers.
4.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all necessary documents or confirmations required for processing refunds are provided promptly.
